FIRST AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO.7229 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
SKYEBROWSE INC.
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 151h day of May
2025, by and between CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation
existing under the laws of California ("CITY"), and SKYEBROWSE INC., ("CONSULTANT").
The parties agree as follows:
Pursuant to Section 3 of the Agreement, Section 21 is hereby amended to reflect a
corrected pricing structure for the subscription term for Year One. The previously
stated prorated rate of $1,666.50 was incorrect and is hereby replaced with the correct
prorated rate of $499.83. Accordingly, the total subscription amount for Year One
shall be amended from $8,333.50 to $9,499.17.
2. The Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will
be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the
same date.
In accordance with Government Code § 16. 5, the parties agree that this Amendment
will be considered signed when the signature of a party is delivered by electronic
transmission. Such electronic signature will be treated in all respects as having the
same effect as an original signature.
4. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement
No. 7229 will remain the same.
