THIRD AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO.6151 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
L.A UNIFORMS AND TAILORING, INC.
THIS THIRD AMENDMENT ("Amendmene) is made and entered into this 24"' day of March
2025, by and between CITYOF EL SEIUNDI, a general law city and municipal corporation
existing uaider the laws of California ('CITY% and L.A UNIFORMS AND TAILORING, INC.,
("CONTRACTOR"). The parties agree as follows:
l Pursuant to Agreement Section 1, Agreement Section 17 is amended to increase the
CITY'S annual not to exceed sum to Contractor from Filly Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) to Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000.00) for CONTRACTOR's
services per fiscal year.
2. The Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will
be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the
same date.
In accordance with Government Code § 16.5, the parties agree that this Amendment
will be considered signed when the signature of a party is delivered by electronic
transmission. Such electronic signature will be treated in all respects as having the
same effect as an original signature.
4. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement
No. 6151 will remain the same.
