CONTRACT 7266A AmendmentAgreement No. 7266A FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT NO. 7266 BETWEEN THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND BOB MURRAY & ASSOCIATES THIS FIRST AMENDMENT ("Amendment") to Agreement No. 7266 ("Agreement") is made and entered into this 22nd day of April 2025, by and between the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation existing under the laws of California ("CITY"), and BOB MURRAY & ASSOCIATES, a CALIFORNIA CORPORATION ("CONSULTANT"). The parties agree as follows: Pursuant to Section 1(C) of the Agreement 7266, Section 1(C) is amended to increase compensation payable by City to CONSULTANT by an additional $18,000 for a total contract sum not to exceed $36,000 for CONSULTANT'S additional services described in Section 3 below. 2. This Amendment may be executed in any number or counterparts, each of which will be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the same date. In accordance with Government Code §16.5, the parties agree that this Amendment will be considered signed when the signature of a party is delivered by electronic transmission. Such electronic signature will be treated in all respects as having the same effect as an original signature. CONSULTANT warrants that its signatory, (or signatories, as applicable) to this Amendment has the legal authority to enter this Amendment and bind CONSULTANT accordingly. 3. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain the same. Services provided for in this fee consist of all steps outlined in this proposal, including complete administrative assistance for the anticipated six -to -nine -week engagement. Step 1 Kick-off meeting and development of the Candidate Profile Step 2 Post the position to Bob Murray & Associates' website Step 3 Design/Distribute Brochure and place advertisements Step 4 Recruit Candidates and conduct outreach, including emailing the PDF brochure to industry professionals.
