The consideration Section 1 (C) will be amended to increase the total amount of
the agreement by $6,000, so that the total, not -to -exceed amount of the

The scope of services Section 2(A) will be amended to include additional work
attached in Exhibit A and Exhibit B.

'I lie El Segundo CUItUral Development Program is a public art program that fosters economic development,
creates vital public spaces, and promotes general health and welfare by contributing to a more desirable
community in which to live, work, and visit, On November 19, 2019, the El Segundo City Council adopted
Ordinance 1.594, establishing a Public Art or In -Lieu Fee Requirement and a Cultural Development Fund, The
requirement applies to certain commercial and industrial developments with a project cost exceeding
$2,000,000, CDP Program Objectives
* Drive fund contributions to support the creation and curating of high -profile public events and public
art that support tourism, economic development, and the City's overall branding.
* Link and unite art in public spaces on both the east and west sides of the City.
Communications Goals & OlbjectivesI
Develop communications around the El Segundo Cultural Development Program (CDP) that speak with
one voice, share goals and successes, and drive excitement among developers and corporations about
participation.
Work together internally with various departments to address communications needs to support the
program.
Develop content and execution support in channels to develop a clear and consistent flow of
information to developers and the community.

• Support campaign initiatives with media relations, when needed

• Build a clear and helpful webpage within the City's CMS platform
Support the Recreation, Parks & Library director and communications liaison with webpage information
needs

• Use expertise within the Granicus CMS program to design page layout and use of widgets and
components for optimal webpage.
• Utilize tagging and SEO within CMS for optimal search results.
• Strategic public relations services, as needed.

Updates and progress recaps will be shared with the team on a timely basis. An additional budget of $1,000.00
to be discussed for PR support once the webpage is live and can include a press release and local media
outreach to raise awareness for the campaign. Total budget not to exceed $3,500.00.
