• Demolish brick holding tank from part of the previous pool plumbing
infrastructure.

Architectural Agreement - Arcadis
• Due to unforeseen existing conditions of the foundations and
utilities, the original professional services agreement with
Arcadis for engineering and architectural design support
services is not sufficient.
• Increase agreement to add $104,000 for additional services and
authorize $50,000 for contingency

Facility Use Agreement - ESUSD
• In 2019, the City entered into a facilities use agreement with
ESUSD.
• The City grants a license to ESUSD to use the facility for conducting
school related activities.
• In exchange, ESUSD shall pay the lesser of 24% of the renovation cost
or $1,000,000, to be paid upon completion of construction.
• In 2024, ESUSD Board of Education approved an amendment
of the facility use agreement allowing for ESUSD to expedite
the $1,000,000 to the City.
