FIRST AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO.6404 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND TRAVIS INVESTIGATIONS
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 5th day of June 2024, by
and between the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation existing
under the laws of California ("CITY"), and TRAVIS INVESTIGATIONS, and individual/sole
proprietor ("CONSULTANT"). The parties agree as follows:
1. Pursuant to Section 34 of the Agreement, Section l (C) is amended to increase the
compensation payable by CITY to CONSULTANT by an additional $25,000 for a total
contract sum not to exceed $50,000 for CONSULTANT's additional services described in
Section 3 below.
2. This Amendment may be executed in any number or counterparts, each of which will be an
original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the same date. In
accordance with Government Code § 16.5, the parties agree that this Amendment will be
considered signed when the signature of a parry is delivered by electronic transmission. Such
electronic signature will be treated in all respects as having the same effect as an original
signature.
Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain the same.
