City of El Segundo - UFI Invoice (2024-026).pdf, Urban Futures, Inc. - PSA #6744.pdf,
Good evening Liz,
Hope this email finds you well and the FY25 budget preparation proceeding smoothly.
Please find attached our invoice for the ongoing work performed for the City through 05/13/24. Per our
proposal to the City in July 2023 (copy of agreement with proposal attached for your reference), we
broke out the invoice into two separate amounts. The first amount is for the proposed work (not to
exceed $12,000) to transition the City's Forecast Model to the current UFI forecasting platform and to
update the Forecast Model to meet the City's current needs. The second amount is for the work that
was requested in addition to our proposed scope of work, which included the preparation and
presentation of the updated City Forecast Model to the Finance Committee and City Council.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns, or if you would like to discuss any aspects of
the invoice. We appreciate your assistance and the opportunity to continue serving the City of El
Segundo.
Kind regards,
