FIRST AMENDMENT TO
ON -CALL REPAIR SERVICES AGREEMENT NO.6166 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
ALOHA DOORS
ON -CALL REPAIRS
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 271h day of April
2023, by and between the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal
corporation existing under the laws of California ("CITY"), and ALOHA DOORS., a California
corporation ("CONTRACTOR").
The parties agree as follows:
In addition to the amount set forth in Section 1(C) of Agreement No.6166, the CITY
agrees to pay the CONTRACTOR an additional sum not to exceed Eight Thousand
Five Hundred Twenty -Five Dollars and Sixty Cents ($8,525.60) for a total contract
sum not to exceed Sixteen Thousand Twenty -Five Dollars and Sixty Cents
($16,025.60) for CONTRACTOR'S services.
2. This Amendment may be executed by the parties on any number of separate
counterparts, and all such counterparts so executed constitute one Amendment binding
on all the parties notwithstanding that all the parties are not signatories to the same
counterpart. In accordance with Government Code § 16.5, the parties agree that this
Amendment will be considered signed when the signature of a party is delivered by
electronic transmission. Such electronic signature will be treated in all respects as
having the same effect as an original signature.
Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement
No. 6166 remain the same.
