Effective upon the notification of this Assignment by Assignor to the City of El Segundo, Assignor shall be fully and unconditionally released and discharged from all further liabilities and obligations arising under the Development Agreement as to the Property. This Assignment and Assumption Agreement and the Acceptance attached as Exhibit "B" and incorporated by this reference, may be executed in multiple counterpart copies, all of which, taken together, shall constitute a single document.
