CC RESOLUTION 5384RESOLUTION NO. 5384 A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL VESTING PARCEL MAP NO. 83543 FOR ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT NO. EA-1312 AND SUBDIVISION NO. 21-01 FOR A ONE LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION LOCATED AT 535-541 INDIANA STREET. The City Council of the City of El Segundo does resolve as follows. - SECTION 1: The City Council finds and declares that: A. On September 13, 2021, Stacy Straus representing Mirko Vukotic, on behalf of property owner 535 Indiana ES LLC, a Florida corporation, filed an application for Environmental Assessment No. EA-1312 and Subdivision No. 21-01 for Tentative Vesting Parcel Map No. 83543 to allow the conversion of four existing multi -family dwelling units into four condominiums on property located at 535-541 Indiana Street in the City; B. On March 10, 2022, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 2917 approving Environmental Assessment No. EA-1312 and Subdivision No. SUB 21-01 for Tentative Vesting Parcel Map No. 83543; and C. The final Vesting Parcel Map now requires approval by the City Council, SECTION 2: Final Vesting Parcel Map Findings. Based upon the entirety of the record including, without limitation, the staff report, the City Council approves the final Vesting Parcel Map for the following reasons: A. The final Vesting Parcel Map substantially conforms to Tentative Vesting Parcel Map. No. 83543 approved by Planning Commission Resolution No. 2917; and B. The final Vesting Parcel Map conforms to the El Segundo Municipal Code and Subdivision Map Act (Government Code §§ 66410, et seq.). SECTION 3: Authorization. The City Engineer, Director of Planning and Building Safety and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and record said final Vesting Parcel Map and take any further actions needed to effectuate this Resolution. SECTION 4: This Resolution will become effective immediately upon adoption and remain effective unless superseded by a subsequent resolution. SECTION 5: The City Clerk is directed to mail a copy of this Resolution to any person requesting a copy..
