5. Approve warrants demand register for October 24, 2022, through November 20,
2022, numbers 9A, 9B, 10A, and 10B, warrant numbers 3043032 through
3043397 and 9002700 through 9002727. Ratify Payroll and employee benefit
Checks; Checks released early due to contracts or agreement; Emergency
disbursements and/or adjustments; and, Wire transfers.
(Fiscal Impact: $6,850,250.38 ($2,332,573.21 in check warrants and
$4,517,677.17 in wire warrants))
6. PULLED BY COUNCIL MEMBER GIROUX
7. Approve additional funding for the purchase of ten (10) 2023 For Explorer Police
Interceptor vehicles using funds from Asset Forfeiture to cover the unexpected
price increase above the previously approved purchase price and authorize the
City Manager to execute Agreement No. 6547 and other documentation to
effectuate the purchase.
(Fiscal Impact: An additional $116,070)
8. Adopt Resolution No. 5379 authorizing the City Manager to execute
Agreement(s) No. 6548, 6549 and 6550 to transfer administration and investment
management services of the City's Pension Stabilization Trust assets to Shuster
Advisory Group, LLC ("Shuster"), transfer Trust assets to Charles Schwab Trust
Bank ("Schwab") and name Alta Trust Company ("Alta") as the Directed Trustee
and authorize the trustee and discretionary advisory services to be assigned to
Alta Trust Company and Shuster Advisory Group, respectively.
(Fiscal Impact: $79,000 included in the FY 2022-23 Budget)
9. Waive second reading and adopt Ordinance No. 1642 extending the Short -Term
Sharing Rental Pilot Program until December 31, 2023.
(Fiscal Impact: Potential General Fund revenue of approximately $40,000
received from permit fees, licensing fees and transit occupancy tax ("TOT"). The
potential revenue will depend on the number of new and renewal permits and
licenses)

Homeland Security Program Subrecipient Grant Program and authorize the City
Manager to sign Agreement No. 6545 with the County of Los Angeles who will

California mandated minimum wage increase. The adopted FY 2022-23 Citywide
budget includes sufficient funding for the salary schedule revisions)

December 13th at 6PM.

Council Member Giroux — Congrats to City of El Segundo on vote count. Great to
see an involved community.
Council Member Nicol — Thanked city staff for the festival of holidays over the
weekend and be safe at Candy Cane Lane.
Council Member Pirsztuk — Would like to set up 2 short term subcommittees to
determine the scope of the upcoming projects with Recreation & Parks and Arts
& Culture 1 % fund. Hope everyone has a great time at Holiday Parade and
Candy Cane Lane.
