FIRST AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO. 6172 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
JMDIAZ, INC.
NASH STREET EXTENSION PLAN CHECK SERVICES
PROJECT NO.: ENG 21-42
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT ("Amendment") to Agreement No. 6172 ("Agreement") is made
and entered into this 16`h day of September, 2022, by and between CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a
general law city and municipal corporation existing under the laws of California ("CITY"), and
JMDiaz, Inc. ("CONSULTANT").
Pursuant to Section 34 of the Agreement, the term of the Agreement described in
Section 7 is extended to June 30, 2023.
This Amendment may be executed by the parties on any number of separate
counterparts, and all such counterparts so executed constitute one Amendment
binding on all the parties notwithstanding that all the parties are not signatories to the
same counterpart. In accordance with Government Code § 16.5, the parties agree that
this Amendment will be considered signed when the signature of a party is delivered
by electronic transmission. Such electronic signature will be treated in all respects as
having the same effect as an original signature.
Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement will remain the same.
