LWE.NSE AGREEMENT NO.4698 BETWEEN
I. HE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
TUE EL SEGUNDO NURSERY SCHOOL GROUP
THIS ItIFTH. AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 2l' day of September,
2012, by and between the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation
existing under the laws of California ("CITY"), and THE EL SEGUNDO NURSERY SCHOOL
GROUP, a non-profit organization ("LICENSEE"). The parties agree as follows:
t. Section 3 of the License is amended to read m follows:
"Except as provided in Section 4. the term of this license will begin July 1. 2022 and
end on Septerber 30,2025,"
2. Section 5 of the License is amended to read as follows:
In exchange for the use ofthe facilities at Property, LICENSEE 2grces to pay CITY a
sum of One "Thousand Fifty Dollars (S 1,050.00) for Fiscal Year 2022f2023, One
Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($1,100.00) for Fiscal Year 2023/2024 and One
Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Dollars (S 1,150.00) for Fiscal Year 2024/2025.
3. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, cacti of which will be
an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the same
date.
4. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of License
Agreement No. 4698 remain the same:.

Scope of Service
License Agreement No. 4698 between the City of El Segundo
and the El Segundo Nursery School Group
LICENSEE agrees to provide the following services at CITY"S George E. Gordon Clubhouse
Drop -In Room, Classroom A, Classroom B and Office:
1. Certified andJor trained staff to operate programs offered by The El Segundo Nursery
School Group.
CITY agrees that LICENSEE may utilize the following annual schedule:
September to June:
o Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday (8:30am-12:301)m).
e Parent Meetings on the 2"d Tuesday of the month (7:00pm-8:30pm).
e One morning during graduation week in the multipurpose room.
EXHIBIT "B"- Payment Schedule
Total amount will be payable in installments of One Hundred Five Dollars ($105.00) per month
during the months of September through June for FY 2022-2023.
Total amount will be payable in installmWs of Onc Hundred Ten Dollars ($110.00) per month
during the months of September through June for FY 2023-2024.
Total amount will be payable in installments of One Hundred Fifleen .Dollars ($115.00) per month
during the months of September through June for FY 2024-2025.
