THIRD AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO.4223
BETWEEN THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNT
MANAGEMENT, LLC, A DUNCAN SOLUTION COMPANY
THIS THIRD AMENDMENT ("Amendment') to Agreement No. 4223 ("Amendment") is made
and entered into this 18th day of July 2022, by and between the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a
general law city and municipal corporation existing under the laws of California ("CITY"), and
PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, LLC, A DUNCAN SOLUTIONS COMPANY,
a Wisconsin limited liability company ("CONTRACTOR"). The parties agree as follows:
Pursuant to Agreement Section 8.1 is amended to increase the not -to -exceed
compensation amount for fiscal year 2021-22 to $100,560.
2, Pursuant to Agreement Section 8.1 of the Agreement, the term of the Agreement is
extended through June 30, 2023.
3. Pursuant to Agreement Section 8.1, is amended to establish a not -to -exceed
compensation amount for fiscal year 2022-23 of $90,000.
4. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will be
an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the same
date.
Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain the same.
