THIRD AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO. 5489 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
OCEAN BLUE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, INC.
CATCH BASIN CONNECTOR PIPE SCREEN (CPS) IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO.: PW 17-39
THIS THIRD AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 5' day of July,
2022, by and between CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation
existing under the laws of California ("CITY"), and Ocean Blue Environmental Services, Inc.
("CONTRACTOR").
Pursuant to Section 17 of Agreement No. 5489 (Agreement), the term of the Agreement
in Section 3 is extended through December 31, 2022.
2, This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, and all such
counterparts so executed constitute one Amendment binding on all the parties
notwithstanding that all the parties are not signatories to the same counterpart. In
accordance with Government Code § 16.5, the parties agree that this Amendment will
be considered signed when the signature of a party is delivered by electronic
transmission. Such electronic signature will be treated in all respects as having the same
effect as an original signature.
Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement will remain the same.
