The project is led by the City of Los Angeles Sanitation and Environment (LASAN) in partnership
with the City of El Segundo and Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) to implement improvements
to the Imperial Highway median
The proposed improvements will include:
Increased hedges and vegetation
Signage for pedestrian safety
Stormwater features to prevent flooding
Beautification of the median
Improvements to the bike lane
