Subject: Cannabis Ballot Measure
Hello City Council,
My name is Jack Baker and I'll be coming tonight to speak at the meeting, but wanted to share some things with you
before. I didn't want to turn it into a multimedia presentation tonight, so you can take a look at these items on your
own. This is the person who's behind these ballot measures and we should not be doing business with him or
anyone associated with his group. I 100% support legal cannabis businesses coming to town, but in a way that
benefits the city and not via these ballot measures. They are well -documented problems to the cities and
municipalities that get blind -sided by them. You have the opportunity to not get blind -sided and come out on top,
but you need to be leaders and put out your own ordinance and get ahead of this. I look forward to the meeting
tonight.
Here is an article about Elliot Lewis who is behind these ballots.

Here's an Instagram video of his, but feel free to look through all of his postings and rantings.

There are better options than these companies and better ways to welcome legal cannabis to town. You control that
and I look forward to you making an informed decision about what to do next.
Thanks,
Jack Baker
