FIRST AMENDMENT TO
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
PROGRESSIVE TECHNOLOGY FEDERAL SYSTEMS, INC.
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT ("Amendment") to Agreement No. 4535 ("Agreement") is made
and entered into this 29'h day of March 2022, by and between CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a
general law city and municipal corporation existing under the laws of California ("CITY"), and
PROGRESSIVE TECHNOLOGY FEDERAL SYSTEMS, INC. a Maryland corporation
("CONTRACTOR").
The parties agree as follows:
Pursuant to Paragraph 34 of the Agreement, Paragraph 1 Section C of the Agreement
is amended to increase the Agreement's not -to -exceed total compensation payable to
CONTRACTOR by FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED and SIXTY
DOLLARS ($4,860.00) for a new total of TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND EIGHT
HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-EIGHT DOLLARS and EIGHTY CENTS
($23,878.80)_
2. Pursuant to Paragraph 34 of the Agreement, the term of the Agreement set forth in
Agreement Section 7 will extend through May 31, 2023, unless terminated as set
forth in Paragraph lb of the Agreement. The Agreement's term will not be subject to
any automatic renewal extensions.
This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, and all such
counterparts so executed constitute one Amendment binding on all the parties
notwithstanding that all the parties are not signatories to the same counterpart. In
accordance with Government Code § 16.5, the parties agree that this Amendment will
be considered signed when the signature of a party is delivered by electronic
transmission. Such electronic signature will be treated in all respects as having the
same effect as an original signature.
4. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement will remain the same.
