1. Wayfinding signage to all parking structures.
2. Right turn only signs at Palm Avenue exit
3. No gates at the entrances to the site at Mariposa Avenue and Palm
Avenue
4. Maintenance of the community meeting room at Fairfield Parking Site
5. $75,000 contribution for future traffic/pedestrian improvements
