The former school site did not include any affordable units. i Need to attract young adults to move back to El Segundo. Housing costs are too high. Need to provide opportunities for young adults to buy affordable housing. i Should consider more housing on Rosecrans. o Increasing density should consider how to alleviate gridlocks in traffic. o Ensure affordable housing option includes the option to purchase.
