Specific Plan.
• Proposed project is less intensive than what was studied in the original
EIR for the ESSCSP.
• EIR Addendum is appropriate under CEQA guidelines for analyzing

Development Agreement
• Existing DA: requires 7.54 acres of recreation area and construction of
Nash Street and Continental Boulevard extensions when development
occurs in Phase IV (Butler Building).
• Proposed Amendment: to delay construction of Continental Boulevard
extension and delay implementation of the recreation field obligation
until there is another sale of property in Phase III or IV, applicant
proposes:
• Monetary contribution for restoration of the Plunge ($3M /3
payments)
• Access to use Raytheon recreation facilities/fields. Could schedule
activity outside of normal operational/working hours pursuant to a
written agreement.

• Adopt resolution adopting an Addendum to the certified El Segundo South
Campus Specific Plan EIR
• Waive first reading and introduce an ordinance approving a second amendment
to Development Agreement No. 11-02 and minor modifications to Specific Plan
No. 11-01 Revision A
• Adopt resolution to approve VTTM No. 83507 and Site Plan Review 21-01 for the
construction of the Los Angeles Chargers Training Facility
• Adopt resolution to approve Site Plan Review 21-02 for the construction of a new
storage building for Raytheon Corporation
