Hello Mayor Boyles,

A ballot initiative has been launched to retake local council control
of zoning decisions that critically affect your city and your
constituents. The initiative, which we hope will be qualified for
the November 2022 state ballot, will REVERT all decision -
making regarding land use and zoning to LOCAL government
authorities, thus eliminating the ability of the state to make
those decisions for you.
As a past supporter of the advocacy efforts of California Cities for
Local Control, your support of this ballot initiative is critical to its
success. Information on the initiative and actions you can take to
endorse and promote it are found at
www.ourneighborhoodvoices.com.
Please let us know if you support the ballot initiative. If so, will you
also go one step further to introduce a council resolution in
support of the initiative? A suggested resolution template is
