The meeting was called to order at 4:05 p.m. and roll call was conducted by Monse Palacios.

Motion: to approve the Thursday, November 12, 2020 meeting minutes with the noted changes was
made by Member Wood and Seconded by Member Chittick. Motion carried 9-0
