Beyond Meat Campus
Prepared for The City of El Segundo
KEVIN BARRY
ART ADVISORY
Introduction
Kevin Barry Art Advisory is pleased to present The City of El Segundo with our initial outline of concepts
and images designed exclusively for Beyond Meat HQ. This proposal reflects artwork that is inspired and
guided by the City's Cultural Development Program Guidelines. In considering the values and goals of the
City's art program, we feel that we have two public art concepts that will benefit the community through
their inclusion on this campus.
As a community of artists and creators, we value and honor the creative process and the rights of fellow
artists and creators. KBAA, like all artists, creators and businesses, in general, finds inspiration from the
creations of others; but we do not in any way copy or appropriate the creative expressions of others.
Therefore, the use of an artist's or creator's work in KBAA's, or our client's, presentations is for the purpose
of inspiration only, unless rights for usage have been obtained.

CONCEPT I HUMAN IMPACT
..x .- rid• -
This kinetic art concept demonstrates the interconnectedness of Earth',
natural resources and the world's food economy. As the triangular
shapes are moved by the viewer's hands, the image changes from the
lungs of the Earth (the forest), to agriculture (fields of grain), to
peaceful living creatures (animals free and in the wild). The viewer's
participation is the fourth component in this story, demonstrating our
power and responsibility in this narrative.
Proposed Material: Three -sided, rotating acrylic panels with
metal framed structure
