TENTH AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO. 4695 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
JASON ADDISON SMITH CONSULTING SERVICES, INC. DBA JAS PACIFIC
T141S TENTH AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 6th day of
August, 2021, by and between CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal
corporation existing under the laws of California ("City"), and JASON ADDISON SMITH
CONSULTING SERVICES, INC., a California Corporation ("Consultant").
Pursuant to Section 35 of Agreement No. 4695 ("Agreement"), Section 8 is amended
to extend the term of the Agreement to December 3 1, 202 1,
2, Pursuant to Section 35 of Agreement Section 1. (C) is amended to increase the amount
of the Agreement by Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00), for Consultant's services
through December 31, 2021.
3. Consultant agrees to 10 working days or less turnaround for both Regular Plan
Checks and Accelerated Plan Checks fi-om, the date the City submits the plans to
Consultant for plan review. Consultant will invoice the City the same regular hourly
rate 1--'or both Regular and Accelerated Plan Checks.
4. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will
be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the
same date.
5. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement
No. 4695 will. remain the same.
