SECOND AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO.4223 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, LLC,
A DUNCAN SOLUTION COMPANY
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 14th day of July
2021, by and between CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation
existing under the laws of California ("CITY"), and PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNT
MANAGEMENT, LLC, A DUNCAN SOLUTIONS COMPANY, a Wisconsin company
("CONTRACTOR"). The parties agree as follows:
The parties desire to extend the term of the Agreement to June 30, 2022, by signing
this Amendment pursuant to Section 8.1 of the Agreement.
2. The Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will
be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the
same date.
3. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement
No. 4223 will remain the same.
