A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING BASIC HOURLY SALARY RANGE FOR A PART TIME JOB CLASSIFICATION The City Council of the City of El Segundo does resolve as follows: SECTION 1: The City Council approves the following basic salary range: Classification Salary Range Special Projects Administrator (Part-time) $25.00 - $125.00 Hourly SECTION 2: Authority. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to take any steps necessary in order to effectuate this Resolution. SECTION 3: Construction. This Resolution must be broadly construed in order to achieve the purposes stated in this Resolution. It is the City Council's intent that the provisions of this Ordinance be interpreted or implemented by the City and others in a manner that facilitates the purposes set forth in this Resolution. SECTION 4: Severability. If any part of this Resolution or its application is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the City Council intends that such invalidity will not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions or applications and, to this end, the provisions of this Ordinance are severable. SECTION 5: The City Clerk is directed to certify the adoption of this Resolution; record this Resolution in the book of the City's original resolutions and make a minute of this adoption of the Resolution in the City Council's records and the minutes of this meeting. SECTION 6: This Resolution is effective June 15, 2021 and will remain effective unless repealed or superseded. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 2021.
