SECOND AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO. 5764 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
WILLIAMS PIPELINE CONTRACTORS, INC.
ON -CALL WATER SYSTEMS REPAIR SERVICES PROJECT
PROJECT NO.: PW 19-16
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 20th day of
May 2021, by and between CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation
existing under the laws of California ("CITY"), and Williams Pipeline Contractors, Inc.
("CONTRACTOR").
1. Pursuant to Section 19 of Agreement No. 5764 ("Agreement"), the term of the
Agreement described in Section 3 is extended to June 30, 2022.
2. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will
be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the
same date.
3. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement
No. 5764 will remain the same.
