FOURTH AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO. 4954 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
NMK CORPORATION
THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 5`h day of April
2021, by and between the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation
existing under the laws of California ("CITY"), and NMK CORPORATION, a California
Corporation ("CONSULTANT"). The parties agree as follows:
Pursuant to Section 34 of Professional Services Agreement No. 4954
("Agreement"), Section 7 of the Agreement is amended to delete the termination
date. Instead, the Agreement shall automatically renew yearly on July 1st unless
either the CITY or CONTRACTOR terminates the Agreement pursuant to Section
15 of the Agreement.
2. Section 1 (C) of the Agreement is amended so that the CITY agrees to pay
CONSULTANT a sum not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) per
fiscal year for the term of the Agreement.
3, This Amendment may be executed in any number or counterparts, each of which
will be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed
on the same date.
4. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of
Agreement No. 4954 remain the same.
