This proposal was generated in response to the conversation between Sgt. Corey McEnroe/ Andrew McEntyre of ESPD and Chad Swanson of Reddoor Creative. Please take a look at this proposal and ensure that it covers your immediate design needs. Continuing onto phase II of the ESPD hallway interior design project, the main objective remains the same —to instill confidence in the public upstairs, and to motivate officers downstairs. After reviewing the existing artwork created in phase I, we recognized that the story is missing an sense of `humanness' to officers. Our objective is to show a more rounded picture of the officer; giving the public and felllow co- workers a glimse of what life looks like `off -duty.' . f 4 ESPD Interior Design Phase II To achieve the above objective, Reddoor will develop graphics that contain imagery and messaging aimed at showing the life an off duty police officer. To do this, we'll work closely with ESPD to gather images/ content necessary to communicate that concept in the following locations: 1) Upstairs Hallway (brick wall, and wall adjacent to bathrooms) 2) Stairwells (1-2 locations in both stairwells) 3) Gym (2-3 locations in gym) 4) `Slap Wall' (space to the right of exit doorway to parking lot) 5) TV Slide -Show (installed in lobby and upstairs hallway entrance) This follows the same process as previous projects that we have worked on together. Here is refresher of that process with a brief description for each phase as it relates to this project: 00 Onboarding/research: Evaluate existing messaging and identify opportunities for graphics 01 Story development: Develop the overall story system and messaging 02 Design Ideas: Design and present 2-3 ideas that solve 1) Upstairs Hallway 2) Gym 3) Slap Wall 03 Design Development: Refine the above ideas with feedback for approval 04 Design Application: Apply approved design to the remaining locations 05 Production Management: Provide final files to Presentation Media and oversee printing and installation Stock Photography or Illustration if needed.
