Definition: Dark Fiber is "unlit" fiber that is managed by the user and allows
for secure, scalable, and exceptional economics to users.
✓ American Dark Fiber is a locally -based CLEC (Utility #U7342C) focused on
"dark fiber" developments for users. ADF developed the "SBFIV" network.
✓ we provide "Private Network Solutions" — these are highly secure,
physically dedicated fiber networks provided to our customers.
✓ Typical customers are usually either large bandwidth consumers or
entities that require secure, scalable, fast, low -latency networks that they
control and that provide exceptional economics.
✓ User Examples: Cities, ❑ther Carriers, Cell/Rf Providers, Corporate
Connections to Data -Centers, School Districts, Healthcare, 13213, etc.
