FIRST AMENDMENT TO
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEC UNDCS AND
URBAN FUTURES, INC. (46UM")
This First Amendment is entered into this 4"' day of January, 2021, by and between the
CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a municipal corporation and general law city ("CITY") and URBAN
FUTURES, INC., a California Corporation ("CONSULTANT").
1. This amendment is to extend the term of the agreement from October 1, 2020 to March
31, 2021.
2. This Amendment may be executed in any number or counterparts, each of which will
be an original, but all of whichtogether constitutes, one instrument executed on the
same date.
3. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement
No. 5890 remain the same.
