Trustees' subject -matter jurisdiction and items listed on the Agenda during the Public Communications portion of the
meeting. The time limit for comments is generally limited to five minutes per person.

January 28, 2020 as part of the City's redesign.

Updates about the Cultural Development Program approved by the City Council on
November 19, 2019.

Updates about the Library Park Project, including receipt of a $10,000 grant from the
California State Library for design services to help activate the space outside of the
Children's Library with enhancements, such as flexible seating, a small stage, shade
structure, sensory garden, natural play elements, art work, and a StoryWalk.
