FOURTH AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO. 5180 BETWEEN THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
CHRISTOPHER HEPPELL dba PRECISION REEF SYSTEMS
THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 28th day of
September 2020, by and between the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and
municipal corporation existing under the laws of California ("CITY"), and CHRISTOPHER
HEPPELL, dba PRECISION REEF SYSTEMS, a sole proprietorship ("CONTRACTOR").
Pursuant to Agreement No. 5180 ("Agreement"), executed by the parties on August
1, 2016, for which the term of the agreement is extended from October 1, 2020 until
September 30, 2021; and hereby the City agrees to waive the Commercial General
Liability (CGL) insurance requirement for Fiscal Year 2020-2021.
2. The parties desire to extend the agreement and the CITY agrees to pay
CONTRACTOR an amount not to exceed $4,000.00.
3. This Amendment may be executed in any number or counterparts, each of which
will be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on
the same date.
4. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of
Agreement No. 5180 remain the same.

Outlined below is the estimated cost for maintenance of the aquarium at El Segundo Library for
the course of the 9 month 2020-2021 term. Regular service visits will be completed on an every
other week basis or when directly requested or required by El Segundo Library.
