SECOND AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO. 5493 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
ALOHA DOORS
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 16th day of
September, 2020, by and between the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and
municipal corporation existing under the laws of California ("CITY"), and ALOHA DOORS,
INC., a California Corporation ("CONTRACTOR"). The parties agree as follows:
Pursuant to Section 19 of Agreement No. 5493 ("Agreement"), the term of the
Agreement described in Section 2 is extended to June 30, 2021.
2. In addition to the amount set forth in Section 1(C) of the Agreement, the CITY agrees
to pay the CONTRACTOR an additional ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) for FY
2020-21, total contract sum not to exceed forty thousand dollars ($40,000.00) for
CONTRACTOR'S services.
This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will
be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the
same date.
4. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement
No. 5493 remain the same.
