2. Approve Warrant Numbers 3030925 through 3031048 and 9001418 through
9001421 on Register No. 14a in the total amount of $455,467.32 and Wire
Transfers from 4/13/20 through 4/19/20 in the total amount of $355,216.16.
Approve Warrant Numbers 3031049 through 3031123 and 9001422 through
9001422 on Register No. 14b in the total amount of $309,323.86 and Wire
Transfers from 4/20/20 through 4/26/20 in the total amount of $424,791.46.
Ratified Payroll and Employee Benefit checks; checks released early due to
contracts or agreement; emergency disbursements and/or adjustments; and wire
transfers.

4. Adopt Resolution No. 5210 and approve the classification list exempting certain

5. Receive and file Fiscal Year 2019-2020 General Fund Mid -Year Budget
Update and Recommended Adjustments.
(Fiscal Impact: Proposed General Fund budget adjustments are
necessary to absorb the significant economic impacts of the COVED -10
pandemic and to ensure the FY 2019-2020 ends with a balanced budget
on September 30, 2020)

MOTION by Council Member Nicol, by Council Member Pirsztuk, amending FY 2019-
2020 General Fund Revenues from $76,710,208.00 to $67,107,993.00 and
appropriations from $80,782,540.00 to $74,595,883.00 (as itemized in Exhibit A).
MOTION PASSED BY UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE. 5/0
Council consensus directed staff to move forward with the Acacia Park project,
authorized staff to receive bids for said project, economic uncertainty funds may not be
used for project, therefore, staff to provide possible funding recommendations.

Council Member Nicol — Shout out to Jim Kerker, resident, Happy 50th birthday
and asked the community to show kindness and take the Kindness Challenge by
posting acts of kindness and tag #elsegundokindness.
Council Member Pirsztuk — To our residents, we are all in the same boat, but we
are not in the same storm, therefore, we shouldn't judge each other. Please be
kind to one another. Also, mentioned she would like to see "Beautiful EI
Segundo" added to the website, where residents could submit pictures of areas
that need improvement and residents would be our eyes and ears to ensure EI
Segundo remains beautiful as we would like it to be.
Mayor Pro Tem Pimentel — No report
Mayor Boyles — Commended staff on the continued long hours and hard work
during this pandemic and commended Council for their tremendous job on
continuing to disseminate information to the community.
REPORTS — CITY ATTORNEY — Shout out to his wife, Happy Birthday!
J. REPORTS/FOLLOW-UP — CITY MANAGER — Will follow-up on the two (2)
emails received during Public Communications, thanked Council for their
leadership, wisdom and support on the budget and the impact from COVID-19.
Next City Council meeting is May 19, 2020, the Acacia Park project, COVID-19
update and Wireless Cell Sites are slated for the meeting. Mentioned Council will
hold a Special Closed session meeting on Thursday, May 7, 2020.
