CONTRACT 5669B AmendmentAgreement No. 56698 AMENDING AGREEMENT Customer: City of EI Segundo (CA) Customer Address: Contact for Notices to Customer: Juliana Demers This Amending Agreement is entered into as of September 9 2019, by and between the Customer ("Customer") identified above and Paymentus Corporation, a Delaware Corporation ("Paymentus"). WHEREAS: A - The parties entered into a Professional Services Agreement and Master Services Agreement dated February 20, 2019, and numbered by the Customer as Agreement No. 5669 (collectively, the "Agreement"). B - The parties now wish to amend the Schedule A of the Agreement to include additional payment types and corresponding Paymentus Service Fees. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties, intending to be legally bound, hereby covenant and agree as follows: Schedule A of the Agreement will be amended per Schedule A attached with this Amending Agreement. Except for the modified Schedule A, as provided in this Amending Agreement, all provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect, un -amended. Transaction fees are in increments of $400. Multiple payments can be made. Paymentus may apply different limits per transactions for user adoption or to mitigate risks. -2-
